Smart Connectivity for Comprehensive Driver Support
In collaboration with the BMW Group, we have engaged in a sustained process of development for BMW ConnectedDrive over a number of years. The objective is to furnish the driver with optimal assistance through the provision of pertinent information within the vehicle and the implementation of intelligent mobility services.
The telematics platform, developed for this purpose, enables the rapid development and deployment of services due to its ability to decouple the back-end systems from the hardware-related vehicle development to a significant extent. The ConnectedDrive platform incorporates a variety of features, including infotainment elements, intelligent route calculation, and a comprehensive range of other services designed to facilitate connected mobility and provide the driver with comprehensive support and assistance.
A Secure and Flexible High-Performance System
A key aspect of the project was migrating existing, externally hosted backend components to an in-house solution.Close collaboration with stakeholders from BMW's vehicle development, IT, sales, and marketing departments was essential to align on pivotal milestones.
Additionally, the system required a robust security and server infrastructure to support high-load operations. The project management team also oversaw the rollout planning across international markets.Throughout the project, our team leveraged its expertise across every stage of the software development lifecycle, ensuring a successful implementation.

BMW i Services: Mobile Solutions for a Holistic Driving Experience
The introduction of BMW i vehicles has facilitated the enhancement and expansion of mobility services for automobiles and smartphones. A variety of remote functions for the BMW ActiveE Concept Car have already been designed for use via mobile phone. These include air conditioning, heating, range, and the display of charging stations in the vicinity.
We’re the IT partner for BMW’s ChargeNow, ParkNow, intermodal routing and interactive range display services for i vehicles, and have been involved from conception to rollout.
