M2M stands for the networking of people and machines or machines with each other. This subject area extends far beyond the "smart fridge" or the networking of vehicles. In the future, this sector will revolutionize many areas of our lives. In a survey conducted by the M2M Alliance on forecasts, company turnover, growth rates and needs with regard to M2M, 95 percent of the companies surveyed stated that they expect growth in their own M2M sector.
doubleSlash as a strong partner in M2M projects
doubleSlash has recognized the future potential of this technology since 2007 and has been supporting international companies with system integration, solution design and development, particularly in the field of telematics, ever since.
"The future market of machine-to-machine is an important new business area for doubleSlash. We are therefore delighted to be expanding our partner network with the largest M2M organization in the German-speaking world - the M2M Alliance - and thus becoming an active part of the M2M community in Germany," says Stefan Meyer, Business Consultant and M2M expert at doubleSlash.
The network in the M2M industry
The cooperation and exchange of experience between the individual sectors and companies, which the M2M Alliance makes possible in the first place, is the most important success factor for the member companies. In order to promote the personal exchange between members, their customers and those interested in M2M, the M2M Alliance regularly offers its members the opportunity to organize theme evenings. doubleSlash will also be hosting a themed evening at its Munich branch in July and cordially invites interested parties to attend.
"As the world's largest M2M association, one of our goals is to promote all different aspects of M2M communication. With its unique expertise, doubleslash is a valuable new member of our network," says Eric Schneider, 1st Chairman of the M2M Alliance.
doubleSlash has already strengthened its network in the field of M2M through its M2M partnerships with the American cloud service provider Axeda and Deutsche Telekom. More information about M2M.
