doubleSlash has already been recognized as a Top Innovator in 2014 and 2019—in particular for the culture of innovation that is systematically promoted here. Every employee can submit their suggestions online via a ticket system. Everyone else can then discuss them, vote on them and get involved in this way too. "The idea is being developed step by step," explains Innovation Manager Matthias Sekinger. "The idea providers receive a bonus for the first initial approval, which increases until the roll-out.
One innovation success that has emerged from this pool of ideas is the so-called e-mobility services for charging station operators, car manufacturers and drivers of electric cars. "Finding charging stations from different providers, storing the data from charging processes and then creating invoices is a complex process," explains Sekinger. doubleSlash develops sustainable software solutions for its customers that optimize and simplify the "charging experience" for everyone involved.
Another innovation comes from the business area of subscription management, i.e. automatic billing for the use of digital services. "Our software solutions record the data and integrate it into our customers' billing processes, where it can be scaled as required depending on the business model," says the Innovation Manager.
