Find local service partners quickly and easily
The MINI dealer locator can be used by MINI drivers anywhere, anytime to find dealers and service partners in the vicinity as well as information on opening hours, telephone numbers and contact persons. A filter is provided for narrowing the search as required, for example, by postcode or services offered. The dealer locator is a component of MINI ConnectedDrive – the systems share an infrastructure in order to ensure a seamless user experience.
The MINI dealer locator enables a Europe-wide search for MINI dealers and service partners with just one click. The internet search shows detailed information on partners, such as opening hours or contact persons.
The search can be narrowed down by filtering according to town or postcode so that only MINI dealers and service partners in the vicinity are displayed – even while on the road.
If the user needs a specific service such as maintenance or inspection, they can narrow down the search using the filter for services offered.
doubleSlash – specialists for content provider networking and POI data processing
doubleSlash developed a location-based service mash-up application for MINI customers. This was done by importing the entire dealer database, including geodata, and making it accessible for multiple different channels across the BMW Group, such as the internet and call centres.
