20 years of doubleSlash— how digital evolution is born from a founder's vision
This year we are finally celebrating our 20th anniversary. We have been supporting companies in their digital evolution since 1999. This also means that we can celebrate our first 20-year anniversary, founder Konrad Krafft. "It was Konrad's vision 20 years ago that brought us all together here now," says Andreas Strobel, who has been with doubleSlash for 16 years and has been Managing Director since 2012. "Konrad's idea laid the foundation back then—20 years later, we can see that this amazing commitment has been rewarded. Konrad is an integral part of the team and the collaboration with his colleagues is always on an equal footing," says Andreas Strobel. In order to commemorate this milestone for eternity, the colleagues came up with something very special: "Instead of big speeches, we prepared a surprise for Konrad. Every employee, whether in a team or individually, has the opportunity to create a personal video message. They can then watch these personal congratulations at their leisure and as often as they like to remember this great moment," says Leonie Hlawatsch, Human Resources Manager at doubleSlash.

Thanks to the long-standing cooperation and support of the entire workforce and the trusting relationship with customers and partners, doubleSlash has been able to grow visibly over the years. The quality of our work is the result of the spirit we live by every day. Because together as a team we enthusiastically develop future-proof software solutions. Only with the help of every doubleSlash team member can we achieve the best quality. All the more reason for our jubilarians to celebrate in style. Stefan Meyer and Zdravko Lucic have been working enthusiastically at doubleSlash for ten years. Nina Dziewas, Edmund Hierlemann and Wolfram Lutz have even been on board for 15 years. "They have also made a decisive contribution to the growth and community building of doubleSlash, for which I would like to thank you all. If we continue to complement each other with our strengths, we can remain so successful and achieve even greater things," says Andreas Strobel, praising the collaborative thinking and action that he has experienced at doubleSlash for 16 years.
Zdravko Lukic fondly remembers his first day at doubleSlash in 2009: "I still remember it very clearly, I wanted to finally put the skills I had acquired during my studies into practice and build solutions that would help others to cope with their everyday tasks. What I value most at doubleSlash is the variety of interesting and diverse tasks that I have every day, the mutual respect that everyone brings to the table and the fact that it's the people who count most here."
The doubleSlash team spirit is also particularly close to the heart of jubilarian and founder Konrad Krafft; "It has always been important to me that a company not only has to strive for profit, but is also a place where we all feel comfortable, after all, we spend a not inconsiderable amount of our time at work."
