"You have now been on board for 10 years and have played a decisive role in shaping doubleSlash," says Strobel. "It's not a given that employees work for a company for so long. I'm all the more pleased that many of you have already spent your entire professional career with doubleSlash—from internship to diploma or bachelor thesis to permanent position," says Strobel.
Employees value development opportunities and openness
One of the employees celebrating an anniversary is Philipp Schulz, Team Leader of System Administration. He joined doubleSlash ten years ago as an intern from Furtwangen and has since built up a team of six to tackle the IT challenges in a growing company. "There are always suitable and exciting development opportunities for me at doubleSlash, which is why I still really enjoy working here after ten years," he says.
Matthias Neher is also celebrating his 10th anniversary. He is now an Associated Partner and will be responsible for the development of a new location in Stuttgart in the coming year. "What I appreciate about doubleSlash is the variety of tasks and the fact that there is always the opportunity to play an active role," he says.
These qualities also inspire Lead Developer Michael Goldschmidt about his employer. "doubleSlash has always been very honest, open and fair with me right from the start. For me, it was the icing on the cake that I wanted for my job. It fascinates me every day that I can learn something new and pass on my knowledge."
Anja Krafft is the fourth of the jubilarians. As the Managing Director's wife, she has been actively involved in building up the company in the background and has also been an integral part of the doubleSlash team for ten years. "For me, doubleSlash is part of the family and, like every colleague, I can contribute solutions and try out new things. Here, we work together as equals and exchange ideas with each other. It's fun to be so closely involved in the development of solutions for digitalization."
The perfect mix of newcomers and professionals
"We are very happy with our jubilarians. Since Anja, Matthias, Michael and Philipp started at doubleSlash, we have gained many new colleagues. It's great that we are all together at the annual Christmas party and can express our appreciation and thanks to the jubilarians from the entire doubleSlash team," says Head of HR Leonie Hlawatsch.
