doubleSlash Starts the Fall With 64 Junior Employees

14. September 2020 | Monday

Twice a year (March and September), we at doubleSlash welcome new junior staff to our ranks. As a hotbed for young talent, we are now starting the fall with a total of 64 new recruits at our Friedrichshafen, Stuttgart and Munich locations. "In addition to three new trainees, almost 30 new students have started with us. We have never had so many new recruits," says HR Manager Leonie Hlawatsch enthusiastically.

Young talent as part of the corporate culture

Open-minded young people who are enthusiastic about new technologies in the IT business are given the opportunity to tackle complex tasks and projects as part of a committed team and to gain a wealth of experience in the working world. Good quality support is a high priority at doubleSlash. New recruits start their first day with a general introduction from the HR department. This is followed by induction in their team, during which they are supported by experienced team colleagues.

Talent development, team spirit and a workplace where you feel comfortable

Promoting junior staff, passing on and sharing knowledge is part of our corporate culture. We have been focusing on long-term employee retention for many years. Many have already started as interns at doubleSlash, have remained with the company as working students, for example, and many have been accompanied into permanent employment. Regardless of whether they are junior staff or permanent employees, everyone is an important part of the team and is supported through the various phases of their lives. Talent development, a healthy team spirit and a workplace where people feel comfortable are essential for us. "I first became aware of doubleSlash at the 2019 education fair in Ravensburg and was immediately impressed by the future activities and the company. I've felt at home here since the interview and can't wait to get started with my team and doubleSlash," says Sara Brendle, intern in Marketing.
