doubleSlash Spirit Makes the Difference: 2nd Place as Great Place to Work® in the Category "Best Employers Baden-Württemberg 2021"

The software company doubleSlash is delighted to have received the Great Place to Work® award for the sixth time. The company achieved second place in the "Best Employer Baden-Württemberg 2021" category, as well as 14th place as "Germany's Best Employer 2021" and 11th place in the "Best Employer ITC 2021" category.

What makes a good employer?

Success in the technology sector requires analytical thinking, a systematic approach and logic. But there is much more to it than that. At doubleSlash, colleagues work in teams and communicate as equals. Culture is lived here, not prescribed. This is underlined by the renewed award from the research and consulting institute Great Place to Work®.

The evaluation is based on an anonymized survey of employees and managers. The employer quality of the participating companies is evaluated on the basis of five dimensions: Credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit. "We are naturally delighted to receive this award once again," says Managing Director Andreas Strobel. "It confirms our corporate culture, our values and what we stand for. It also shows that we remain true to ourselves despite strong growth and special challenges during the pandemic."

The assessment also shows the company's attractiveness as an employer. At doubleSlash, 94% of respondents stated that they want to stay with the company for a long time and 99% would recommend the company to others.

A wide range of benefits, a "you" culture and spacious offices are buzzwords for a modern company. But that is not enough to be an excellent employer. What counts are the firmly anchored values that characterize a corporate culture. Respectful interaction, individual support, strong team spirit and the enthusiasm to drive forward modern technologies are the cornerstones of the special spirit at doubleSlash.
