As a system supplier and integrator of intelligent software technology, innovation and future-proof technologies are an essential part of our work. Last Friday, Germany's most successful think tanks were presented with the "Top 100" seal at the SME Summit in Essen—doubleSlash was one of them. A demanding selection process precedes the leap into the "Top 100".
The study focuses on innovation management and innovation success. "The "Top 100" are outstandingly successful in turning their ideas into market successes. This is the hurdle at which many other companies fail. The top innovators master this challenge with a strong team spirit, efficient processes and often by involving customers and external partners in development at an early stage," says Professor Franke, Scientific Director of Top 100.
With team spirit to innovation
Brainstorming, initiative and commitment are part of day-to-day business for our 100 or so employees. This is precisely why knowledge management is so important at doubleSlash. We regularly hold brown bag meetings or Meet & Eats. Here, employees meet in a relaxed atmosphere for an open exchange of knowledge about technological trends or give keynote speeches on current projects. In addition, there are evening workshops and other design thinking sessions—an exchange of knowledge that goes beyond specific IT projects.
The three doubleSlash managing directors Oliver Belikan, Konrad Krafft and Andreas Strobel are delighted with their success at "Top 100": "Our vision is to support the increasing digitalization of business processes with easy-to-use technologies and thereby create new business models. This requires innovative ideas every day. This award shows that the team spirit that we live by at doubleSlash is essential for innovation and that we are on the right track," says Konrad Krafft, who accepted the award on behalf of the company.
