Software company opens fourth location

Time for new perspectives—- this is the motto under which the software company doubleSlash will be opening a new office in the capital of northern Baden from 01.04.2023. In addition to the Friedrichshafen, Munich and Stuttgart locations, the company is now also offering jobs in Java software development in Karlsruhe.

The office is located in the "SteamWork" building of the "GoodSpaces" group just a few streetcar stops away from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Good public transport connections, a bicycle storage room, plenty of space for events and a modern kitchen with free coffee and fruit are just a few of the advantages of the new premises.
The location of the latest doubleSlash site is not only intended to serve the market for potential applicants, but also to shorten travel distances for employees currently working in Stuttgart.

New location is a joint project

A group of employees worked intensively on the question of how a new location could be developed in line with the doubleSlash values. Together with Managing Director Patrick Schmerbach, the team compiled various objectives and requirements for new doubleSlash locations. Questions such as "Which new location will help our existing employees to reduce long commutes?" or "Where are suitable colleges and universities located in order to promote our junior staff development?" were taken into account. The model developed forms the basis for future site openings—team-based and value-oriented.

Vacancies in the area of Java software development

doubleSlash is looking for dedicated colleagues for the Java Software Development department at the Karlsruhe site from April 2023. The positions offer students looking for an internship as well as career starters and experienced professionals an exciting opportunity to become part of our team.
