After 2017, doubleSlash took part in the competition in this category for the second time. The assessment is based on an anonymous survey of our colleagues on key workplace topics such as trust in managers, identification with the company, career development opportunities, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance. In addition, the quality of HR and management measures in the company is assessed.
"In addition to our headquarters in Friedrichshafen, we have been represented at another location in Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, since last year. We are therefore delighted to receive the award in this category. It is a nice confirmation of what we as the doubleSlash team create together and how we treat each other. The topics of corporate culture and working conditions are very important to us and we are happy that we can also show this to people who want to apply to us with Great Place to Work®," says Leonie Hlawatsch, HR Manager at doubleSlash.
We also took part in the categories "Germany's Best Employers 2019" and "Best Employers in ICT 2019". We will find out at the end of March whether we were successful there too.
