The software company doubleSlash has once again received three awards for its good workplace culture in the Great Place to Work® competition. In the categories "Germany's Best Employer 2019" (14th place), "Best Employer in ICT 2019" (10th place) and "Best Employer in Baden-Württemberg 2019" (6th place), the consulting and software company achieved great rankings.
The evaluation is based on an anonymized survey of employees. Topics relating to workplace quality and employer attractiveness, such as credibility, respect, fairness and team spirit, are put to the test. Only the companies with the best ratings receive an award.
Team spirit, openness & a familiar corporate culture

In the anonymous employee survey, 99 percent stated that they feel like family at doubleSlash and appreciate the good team spirit.
One colleague says: "All employees are on a first-name basis and everyone treats each other with respect. Problems are addressed immediately to maintain a good atmosphere. The joy and trust at work are always maintained."
Knowledge sharing, creative freedom & a very special spirit
In order to further promote identification with the company and to give colleagues as much creative freedom as possible, doubleSlash has had an employee participation company since 2018. Since its foundation, the focus has been on team spirit—and thus democratic principles and flat hierarchies. The AG enables employees to acquire doubleSlash shares and thus participate in the company's success.
For Managing Director and founder Konrad Krafft, doubleSlash is a generational model with a very special spirit: "At doubleSlash, we enjoy working on projects as a team. I also consciously take the time to work on projects myself because I enjoy building software systems together with my colleagues. In addition to the project business, we also maintain the scope for further training and trying out new technologies."
doubleSlash thinks outside the box and promotes the exchange of knowledge in many ways, e.g. through working groups in which employees are given time and budget to work on topics that interest them. The same applies to internal workshops and themed get-togethers. The annual "TechDays" are always the highlight. The one-and-a-half-day development event with workshops and a supporting program in a hotel serves as further training and is a great integration tool.
