DoubleSlash — Fair Company Since 2009

25. July 2014 | Friday

doubleSlash has been a member of the "Fair Company" initiative for five years. Companies that carry this seal guarantee fair internships and real opportunities for graduates. To be and remain part of "Fair Company", six rules must be observed.

The main aim of these guidelines is to offer internships with clear tasks and a fixed contact person in the company. This should help students with their professional orientation. Fair Companies internships should also take place over a reasonable period of time. As a rule, voluntary internships should not last longer than six months and the internship status should not be extended unnecessarily. After that, there should be a chance of a regular job. In addition, no one who has applied for a permanent position is put off with an internship. It is also important to Fair Companies that your interns receive an appropriate allowance and that there is also transparency regarding tasks, objectives and contact persons.

Many of the employees at doubleSlash came to our company via an internship or a thesis and then stayed with doubleSlash. We are therefore delighted to be able to bear the "Fair Company" seal again this year. Here you can get an overview of career opportunities and vacancies at doubleSlash.
