“Despite Growth, DoubleSlash Has a Family Atmosphere”

This year's doubleSlash Christmas party was once again used to thank long-standing colleagues. This year, in addition to Managing Director Andreas Strobel, four other colleagues are celebrating their tenth and fifteenth anniversaries at doubleSlash.

Excellent working atmosphere and good team spirit among colleagues

Christian Schmid, Marco Bratz and Ulrich Hofer are celebrating ten years with doubleSlash this year. Andreas Strobel and Stefan Waldmann have even been working at the software company, which was founded in 1999, for 15 years.

Christian Schmid still fondly remembers his first day at work in August 2008. Even back then, he was impressed by the working atmosphere and the team spirit among his colleagues. "At doubleSlash, you are not a number. There's a family atmosphere and you know your colleagues, even though doubleSlash has grown in recent years."

Thinking and acting together

Andreas Strobel, who has been Managing Director at doubleSlash since 2012, also praises the collaborative way of thinking and acting that he has experienced at doubleSlash for 15 years. "We have been able to maintain our youthfulness despite the growth of recent years and working on projects with modern and new technologies has always been a lot of fun," he says. In addition to the excellent development opportunities, Andreas Strobel finds the team spirit at doubleSlash particularly special: "Teamwork encourages daily exchange and discussion. I find that very helpful and valuable."
