AI Expertise for the Digital Transformation: doubleSlash and RWU Intensify Collaboration

The close cooperation between Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences (RWU) and doubleSlash Net-Business GmbH is being further intensified. The software company from Friedrichshafen has been actively involved in university activities for many years—whether through specialist lectures, workshops or as part of the industry advisory board. The regular exchange between teaching and practice creates valuable impulses and enriches the training of future IT specialists—increasingly also with regard to data-based and intelligent systems.

Currently, doubleSlash is also supporting the appointment of a new expert for AI at RWU. The company is contributing its expertise from the corporate context to the relevant committee. In addition, two doubleSlash experts were recently part of the Artificial Intelligence lecture series at RWU, which focused on a wide variety of interdisciplinary facets of artificial intelligence. "Technologies are developing rapidly—so it is all the more important that education and practice remain closely interlinked," says Nico Zentner, AI expert at doubleSlash. "We want to help students get a feel for how modern software solutions are created and where the use of AI actually makes sense today."
