Konrad Krafft, Managing Director of doubleSlash, will explain the five main areas of the Accelerate principles: Continuous Delivery, Architecture, Culture, Product and Process and Lean Management. The focus will be on the topics of culture and architecture in particular. Participants will learn how they can successfully apply these principles in their company to optimize processes, strengthen collaboration and thus create added value for their customers. Potential challenges and concerns when implementing these approaches will also be discussed.
