This is because digitalisation can really improve the quality of products, and it helps business models to be scaled more effectively. For us, digitalisation is an ongoing process with an evolutionary pattern.

We have around 250 employees and 100 per cent specialists on board. We are a mixed team with fresh ideas, a lot of experience and know-how – we always think outside the box. We are convinced that what you have fun doing, you do better.

In June 2017, we were named, for the second time, one of the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany. The benchmark study focuses on innovation management and is conducted by Compamedia GmbH together with mentor Ranga Yogeshwar.

Great Place to Work: We were recognised as a top employer in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019 by the independent institute Great Place to Work®. Since we were able to achieve a "Trust Index Score" of more than 70 percentage points in the employee survey in 2020 and at the same time set ourselves apart with a good level of our additionally submitted measure design (CultureAudit), we have received certification as an attractive employer. Since September 2020, we are now officially "Great Place to Work® Certified" for one year.
